Working Today…On My Baking

I need to do some work from home today. But because I don’t have a constant stream of duties, I’m doing some projects around the house, including using up some very ripe bananas.

Here’s my first use…an altered version of this banana crumb muffin recipe. I was out of butter (don’t even say it 4-H Champ) and needed to also use up some extra crumb recipe from my blueberry muffin batch a few days ago.

The reaction from the Future Farmkids tells me that subbing didn’t detract any from the taste. I’ve already manged to spoil their lunch.

  2. I am sorry about the last post my site was not working well. I am interested in finding out more about oil pump. We have an 80 acre farm and I would like to be able to cover mortagage and want to find out if we have oil to drill. Thank you Mary
