I can’t tell you how upset I am that it’s mid-summer and still NO veggie chips at the farmers markets I visit.
I may have to start exploring other markets to see if I can find them. I completely miss veggie chips…waited for them all winter.
I can find them online at places like Nuts & Beyond, but I’m suspicious that they won’t be as crispy and fresh as the ones I’ve come to crave.

These look just like the veggie chips that I just bought at Fresh Market, and let me tell you they are delicious. I came across your blog when searching for the nutritional facts for these chips because I have a feeling they’re going to become a big part of my diet. I’ve never had homemade veggie chips, but I strongly recommend the ones I had!

Oh yes! The Fresh Market veggie chips are AMAZING! I too came across this blog while looking for the calorie content of the veggies. The dried green beans are my favorite. I went in today and they have the green beans sold seperately now. That is exciting, considering I won’t have to dig through the bag and search for the green beans now! I definetely recommend anyone to pick these up. The children even love them!
